A Valuable Experience
For the cost of tuition and fees, international students receive an education recognized worldwide for its quality. Students also enjoy health, recreation, and career services, as well as free campus and city transit.
Elements of affordability
Along with the financial support you may receive from family and your home country’s government, you can fund your KU career through other methods.
- International Admissions scholarships are automatically awarded to first-time freshmen who meet certain criteria. Transfer students can submit a separate application for various scholarship opportunities.
- Students can find funding on campus, such as awards for undergraduate research, money offered through their academic program, and KU Housing scholarships for returning residents.
- Many international students find on-campus employment. KU’s online job board has a section dedicated to student opportunities.
